FameWeaver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FameWeaver provides an AI-powered platform for storytellers, including:

• Script and story analysis tools (LitSense)
• Writing assistance and feedback
• Community features and collaboration tools
• Marketplace for stories and scripts
• Casting and audition services for actors
• Talent discovery for industry professionals

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FameWeaver cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you upload to FameWeaver, including scripts, stories, and other creative works. By uploading content, you grant FameWeaver a limited license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content: The FameWeaver platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its underlying technology without express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. AI-Generated Analysis

Our AI tools provide analysis and suggestions based on patterns and industry standards. This analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. FameWeaver does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Use of AI analysis is at your own discretion.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

FameWeaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your content before termination where technically feasible.
